DELIVERY AREA

Delivery is to mainland UK only, we do not make deliveries overseas.
However, for some product brands we may be able to arrange shipping to the following areas for an additional cost:
Northern Ireland
Isle of Mann
Isle of Wight
Jersey
Guernsey
Scottish Islands

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges to the majority of mainland UK are £29.95 for the first item and £4.95 for a second item, including VAT. Any items after this are free.  

FREE DELIVERY to the majority of mainland UK on Range Cookers from AEG, Belling, Britannia, Falcon, Fisher & Paykel, New World, Rangemaster and Stoves brands (not applicable to Special Offers or End Of Line Deals unless indicated).

The delivery charges stated are to the ground floor with unrestricted access. If you have any special delivery requirements (for example, if you live in a flat or access to your house is via a narrow lane) please let us know at the time of order and we will make every effort to arrange a special delivery for you, which may come at an additional cost.
If you have not told us about any special delivery requirements, or access is not possible for any other reason and the product cannot be delivered, a failed delivery charge will be applied.

Delivery for COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS is Free to the majority of mainland UK.  Some outlying areas may be subject to additional charges.  Please contact us for details.  Standard delivery includes product delivered to specified address and offloaded. Packaging can be removed if requested when the order is placed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Products are generally delivered from stock within 7 - 14 days. 

Rangemaster Range Cooker delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
Falcon Range Cooker delivery time is 4-6 weeks.

Britannia Range Cooker delivery time is 3-4 weeks for stock items.  Products built to order are delivered in approx. 6 weeks.  Check your required product specification at time of ordering.

Admiral and Maytag Side by Side Refrigerators are delivered in 6-8 weeks.

If you require your products more urgently than the timescales quoted please contact us to discuss the details. If we can obtain the items in time, we can arrange express delivery for an additional charge. 

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

Once your order has been placed you will be contacted when your items are available to arrange delivery.  Our suppliers will deliver directly to your home.

All deliveries must be signed for.

If any items you have ordered are out of stock, or there is a delay in delivery which is out of our control, we will contact you to let you know what is happening and we may offer you an alternative product.  If the revised timescale or alternative product, if offered, is not acceptable we will refund any payment made for the undelivered product.

For this reason we strongly recommend that you do not arrange installation of any products until they have been delivered and you have inspected them.

Delivery address should be the same as credit card billing address. This is part of the protection against fraud for the benefit of both you, the customer, and ourselves. If there is a good reason why delivery is requested to a different address e.g. moving house, please contact us to discuss this and we may be able to arrange delivery. This may mean that you need to provide evidence that links you to the billing address and informing your credit card company.

We strongly recommend that on delivery you check:
1.The correct items have been delivered according to your order.
2.There are no missing items according to your order.
3.There is no cosmetic damage to the goods or missing parts.

In the unlikely event that any cosmetic damages, missing parts or delivery errors are found, mark on the delivery note accordingly and refuse delivery if necessary. Please note: In case of any cosmetic damage, missing parts or delivery errors you must inform us as soon as possible and appliances must not be fitted or used otherwise this will count as acceptance of the goods and they are then non returnable.

INSTALLATION

We can arrange for installation of some Range Cookers when they are delivered by the manufacturer.  This service costs £100 inc. VAT and is available for the following brands:

Belling, Britannia, Falcon, New World, Rangemaster and Stoves

Please note: This service is available provided that the electrical and/or gas points are already in situ and are of Corgi standard.  Moving of pipes, wiring and furniture is NOT included.
