BROWSING

To select the products that you wish to look at you can use any of the following options;

Once you have made your initial selection you will see a list of products and you will be able to narrow your search to get quickly to what you want.

When you find the product that you want you can click on 'More Info' to see a larger image with more information. You can always return to your list if you wish to continue browsing.

ORDERING & CHECKOUT

To order a product from the list or from the detailed product page simply click on  ‘Add to basket’.  Please make sure you select the colour first.
When you have added all the products you require to the basket click on the Checkout button.  This will take you to the shopping cart where your order details will be shown. This will include delivery charges.
Please check that the details are correct and amend them if necessary.
You can then either continue shopping or go on to complete the order process. 
To place your order online we will need your delivery and contact details followed by your payment details.
If you don’t want to order online you can order by phone. Please make sure you have the model number and description to hand as well as the colour where applicable.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

When you order online we will send an email by return to confirm that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email within a couple of hours of ordering please contact us on 0808 1434001 or email support@affinityappliances.com. 

We will then check your order details before accepting it.  When your order is accepted we will send an email to notify you of this, or phone you if you ordered by phone.

We will contact you when your product is available to arrange a suitable delivery date.  Delivery timescales are detailed in our delivery policy.
